Situated on the historic Route 66, this Arizona mountain city is a terminus for the Grand Canyon Railway and calls itself "The Gateway to the Grand Canyon." Williams was established in 1876 and named after mountainman William "Old Bill" Williams. Notable attractions include Bearizona Drive Thru Wildlife Park, Bill Williams Monument Park, Wild West Junction, Williams Depot, Pete's Route 66 Gas Station Museum, Flinstone's Bedrock City, Grand Canyon Deer Farm, Small Town America Museum and Planes of Fame Air Museum.
