See the centerpiece of the Prague Castle complex. St. Vitus Cathedral, which stands inside the castle walls, is the seat of the Archbishop of Prague. The Gothic cathedral is the largest and most important church in the Czech Republic, and houses the tombs of a number of Bohemian kings and Holy Roman Emperors. Here you will also find a 14th-century mosaic of the Last Judgment above the Golden Gate, the baroque silver tomb of St. John of Nepomuck, and the ornate Chapel of St. Wenceslas.
