Founded in 1952, Queen Elizabeth National Park is Uganda’s most popular national park. The park covers a wide expanse of land in Western Uganda, and is home to 95 species of animal, including lions and elephants, and more than 500 species of birds. The park is also famous for its volcanic craters, cones, and creator lakes, and is Uganda’s most popular national park.
