About Metropolitan Cathedral

The Metropolitan Cathedral is the largest of its kind in the Americas. The full name of the cathedral is the Metropolitan Cathedral of the Assumption of Mary Mexico City. Located on a former sacred precinct of the Aztecs, the cathedral was built after the Spanish of conquest of Tenochtitlan.
