Stare in awe at the Colorado River as it winds its way through the dusty canyon floor 2,000 feet below you. The red sandstone cliffs undulating across this vast landscape are products of hundreds of millions of years of geologic activity. This park's relative isolation, located 30 miles from the nearest town of Moab, allows for a true wilderness experience. The Intrepid Trail System branches off from this site and are favorites of mountain bikers of all ages and abilities.
