In the afternoon, departure to Talagante, in the Maipo Valley, for a (SIB) tour to the Undurraga Vineyard. Founded in 1885, this century-old vineyard contains one of the oldest wineries in Chile and a pioneer in the country's viticulture with unique wines from specific origins; a vineyard that is committed to the reforestation of native trees. The route begins in the vineyard park, created by the French landscaper George Henry Dubois, who also designed the Santiago Forest Park, passing through the Aliwen corner where part of the vegetation typical of southern Chile is recreated and you learn about the Mapuche worldview, a people originally from the South, a place where figures of their culture are also exhibited. Then, a tour of the vineyard where the soils are known by means of a pliers, and the different strains grown by the vineyard are identified through a variety garden, showing the vinification process of the different wines and then visiting its centuries-old underground cellars and finishing with the collection "Gente de la Tierra" (People of the Earth) a sample of Mapuche and Pre-Columbian life and art. in honor of our native peoples. The tour ends with a tasting of 3 Reserve wines.
