If you select the option that includes transportation, you will also enjoy an early pick up service at your hotel; otherwise, you will follow the instructions provided in the voucher to reach out the guide and your group at the meeting point! After the morning portion of the tour, you'll enjoy some free time to have lunch at your leisure (meal not included in the package), to later meet with your tour leader to leave with the rest of your group and enjoy a comfortable transportation service to the afternoon venue you'll be visiting: the Vatican Museums!

      34 days and more prior to the departure date: no penalty;
      4 - 33 days prior to the departure date: A fee of 20.00 euros per ticket;
      3 days or less prior to the departure date: 100% penalty.
    • Meeting point for the Vatican Museums tour portion on Saturday: Piazza Risorgimento (Bar - Caffetteria L'Ottagono, 400 metres from the nearest Metro A stop, Ottaviano) - 15 minutes before the start of your tour (please look for the I Love Rome logo carried by our staff).
      Meeting point for the Colosseum tour portion on Sunday: Arch of Constantine (Piazza dell'Arco di Costantino) - 15 minutes before the start of your tour (please look for the I Love Rome logo carried by our staff).
    • Due to heightened security measures, you may experience delays in clearing security checks when entering the venue.
    • The archaeological area involves walking on medium-hard floors, please wear comfortable shoes and be ready for rain or sunshine.
    • The areas are not wheelchair accessible and not suitable for individuals who have difficulty walking.
    • This tour visits religious sites, and there is a dress code to be observed. Visitors must be dressed appropriately: no sleeveless blouses, no miniskirts, no shorts, and no hats are allowed.
    • Colosseum: For security reasons, the attraction staff has the right to refuse entrance to visitors without a valid Passport or ID: please carry a valid document to avoid any inconveniences.
    • By purchasing this tour, the customer agrees to follow only the guide assigned to him/her. It is not permitted to add external guides to the group after the tour has been purchased. We inform our customers that, in such circumstances, access to the Vatican Museums will be granted only if escorted by the assigned guide and respective group. If one chooses to opt out, they will forfeit all rights to the tour and ticket, with no possibility of a refund.
    • If you have a pacemaker you will need to show a certificate, otherwise you will not be admitted without being screened.

    • You should provide complete names to prevent potential refusal.

    • Bulky bags, trolleys, and glass bottles are not allowed.
    • No cloakroom facilities are available at the Colosseum.

    2. Within one to two business days of submitting your reservation you will receive a status update email from us. If you need to book an airline ticket, we recommend that you do so after you receive a confirmation of your tour reservation from us.
    3. An E-Ticket will be sent to you via email as soon as details of your reservation are confirmed or your supporting information is received by us. We will provide you with all detailed information about your tour on the E-Ticket. Contact information for local tour provider will be included on E-Ticket for your convenience or re-confirmation purpose if re-confirmation is required.
    4. Simply print your E-Ticket and present it with your valid photo ID on the day of your activity to your tour guide. Please remember E-Ticket is your proof of purchase.
