Too many people for one tour guide. Could not take care of everyone.
Pick up point a nightmare. Have buses pick up at different points of city to avoid Victoria Station crunch.

They changed the gate ( meeting point) and because they hace many buses and my family arrived at different times (between 7:30 and 7:45)they parted in different coaches. Some had a wonderful day and the others were all the time in a rush to.. check all thr points in the schedule.Read full review
