Secret Cavern was really avoidable if you have travelled a bit around Europe: Spain, Italy...have much more impressive caverns than this one.
Watkins Glenn was not included this time. We stopped at Corning Glass museum...it is ok. Old Fort ..Niagara was curious and very interesting. Niagara Whirlpool was a good filler. Niagara Falls worth it as long as you take the Maid of the Mist: very funny and beatiful.Read full review

For a single mom of two active little boys, this was an awesome escape! It was (at first) inexpensive, a great adventure especially for my little guys and an easy way to get away and clear your mind. Our tour guide Judy was awesome, very fr..iendly and patient and very professional and accommodating! I’d hope to get her on my next tour. Ok so now for the warnings! Bring cash and lotsa CA$H! I guess the fees aren’t technically hidden but you sure don’t pay for it up front. I felt like poor Judy was collecting cash at every stop. Cash only for the sites, cash only for the service fees. Then once at Niagara, the food court is cash only. That’s very inconvenient and expensive. I loved our hotel, wished we had more time in it. We were VERY close to the Falls!! Once again Judy was great. Our bus was eh. At first glance I thought Eww. But once on it was ok I guess. In 2018 buses have WiFi and phone chargers. Ours did not. This made it very inconvenient to take pics and videos when you’re on an 8 hour bus ride. I’m not sure why but the trip is heaviest on the ride home. We had to be on the bus by 7:15am and got to China Town at 9p with the transfers, sites, etc. TIP: fill the bus up with people from one spot ie NYC or Jersey. SKIP the glass museum. It’s ok I guess. The food there is the best we had while on the road. But I’d rather had spent that time getting home- especially with a 4yo and 5yo. I’d rather do these things on the way up and have more time in the hotel and at the Falls. Food: BRING YOUR OWN! “Breakfast” the 2nd day was at the fort. My boys ate Cheetos and bananas. Then was fast food along the way- not cool.
I’m so sorry if my review may deter you. We did have an awesome time. This was recommended to me by my friend. We wanna both do it again and will! I mention all of these as a way to do it better the next time if you already have like me or as tips for your first time. I will do this same trip again and plan to book a different one.

Excellent tour!, is a long bus trip but the tour guide makes it very smooth and nicer. Our tour guide, Helena was very responsible, professional, helpful and kind all the time. Also, the bus driver was very professional. The bus was in g..ood conditions too. Our hotel accommodation was more than expected, nice room and near the falls! The tour accomplish all they promoted at web page. Definitely I recommend it!Read full review

The tour was so bad. Was English level in the bus impossible to understand. The place to eat was expensive and bad. The guide didn't recommend options to see on the night. The options to see and pay are expensive and not the best one.

We made 13 hours from jersey city to the falls, I understand that some roads were blocked but bad decisions were made. We lost half day and started from 0. The driver was distracted on his phone and several times was deiving on the oposite ..road. We were stuck on snow and we were asked to help pushing the bus, I couldn’t see any tire chains to help during the emergency.Read full review
