Overall our experiences with my wife and son were excellent. We were able to see and visit a lot of places in a very short times. Ware satisfied with everything.
We are totally unhappy with the attitude and organizing skills of the tour leader/guide; Daniel Zheng assigned to us by the vendor; GoEuGo. He had acted irresponsibly towards the tour members by (1) failing to ensure the lights are green be..fore leading the tour members to cross the roads during the tour, (2) failure to do headcounts upon entering or exiting metro stations during our day trip in Rome & (3) failure to disseminate information properly e.g. exact location & timing to gather; in particular metro station to alight. Whilst we can understand that his command of English is not good being a Dutch-Chinese, we are unable to accept his impatience towards tour members who tried to seek clarifications on his unclear instructions. He is quick to reprimand those who failed to turn up on time at the designated gathering point but yet he never try to find out if these late comers were confused by his instructions (though we were never once late but we can empathize those late comers).Apart from these, he was also dishonest by not disclosing the truth about the itinerary of the optional tour; Paris night tour and changes to the itinerary; the necessity to take Rome metro due to road closure in Rome for the scheduled Jubilee of Mercy in Vatican. We joined the night tour of Paris on 3 Dec 2015; an optional itinerary (Euro$35/pax) attracted by the highlight of watching Eiffel Tower glittering for 10mins from a strategic point in the city. However, we were unable to watch the highlight of the tower as its illumination effect was changed due to the Climate Convention 2015 held in Paris with usual 10mins glittering effect being shelved until 4 Dec 2015 (this information was actually displayed in French as running text on the tower). As a tour guide for the optional tour, he should have checked the optional tour itinerary before disseminating the information to us. Yet, he claimed of being unaware of the change in illumination at the 11th hour when we were waiting at the spot at about 10.10pm; way past the scheduled timing of the glittering effect. However, when we returned to the bus after the night tour; he claimed that we were lucky to watch something different illumination that doesn't happen often! Talk about rubbing salt to the wound! In fact, those who joined the optional tour either had to skipped dinner or rushed through dinner within the allocated 45mins after reaching the assigned hotel at about 7pm that evening. The most notable incident was the alleged unforeseen change in itinerary on 8 Dec '15 where we had to take the metro for the Vatican tour due to road closures in Rome for the Jubilee Mercy mass. Daniel told us that he only received the change in itinerary last minute from his office on the evening of 7 Dec '15. However this cannot be an unforeseen change as either Daniel is being dishonest or GoEuGo is being careless with its administration. The Jubilee Mercy mass was planned months ahead as leaflets & booklets were being distributed along our walk from the metro station to Vatican. It was during the Vatican tour where Daniel displayed his callous behavior towards the tour members. As it is difficult to lead a group of 30 through the metro stations, he should have at least disseminate the most vital information to everyone; destination station before entering the metro stations. However, he just told the 30 of us to stay close and follow him. This showed that he had never spare a thought for those who might be unable to board the train or unable to alight at the destination due to the large crowd in the metro stations. When we asked him to let everyone knows of the destined station, he simply brushed us off by reiterating that we just have to follow him. Someone in our group who appears to be a novice in taking public transport stood up to support him by claiming that we will be taking the same train - without sparing a thought that not everyone will be able to get into the same cabin. We tried to reason with Daniel about the importance of informing every member of the destined station at the boarding station before we board the train as well as doing a headcount upon entering/exiting every station before continuing walking as not everyone in a group of 30 can walk at the same pace as him. It was after a heated exchange of few minutes that he took up our advice with much unhappiness. At the hotel in Rome where we spent the night after Vatican/Rome cities tour, we had a long discussion with Daniel together with another 3 tour members from Australia where we voiced our unhappiness with his attitude, poor organizing skills and improvements needed to ensure the remaining 3 days of the tour can be an enjoyable experience for everyone. He showed improvement in the weak areas highlighted by us for the remaining days of the tour but we can see that he has yet to reach the desired level required of a properly trained tour guide/leader. His attitude pales in comparison with the 2 tour guides/leaders that we had during our LA-LV-San Francisco tour in October 2011. Nonetheless, the hectic tour is alright for those who are keen to cover the highlights of the France & Italy over the short duration of 11 days but it could have been a much pleasant experience if we had a better tour guide/leader.While we are being honest in sharing our experience, we have also noticed that some other tour members think that we were being busy body by confronting Daniel during the tour. However, we feel that it is our responsibility to share our experience as we do not wish to see other potential tour members of the Euro tour encountering such bad attitude tour guide/leader. And we definitely hope to see that Daniel would have picked up some valuable lessons through the unpleasant exchanges he had with us; the ëbusy bodiesí of the group.Read full review
There were 17 of us in the group and to be honest we were anxious since this was the first time we booked with Tours4Fun with a 9 day trip to Europe. Only to our surprise, we could say now we got more than we paid for. We enjoyed the trip, ..the places we visited and of course our Tour guide who made us laughed so much and entertained us throughout the trip. His name is Choung **, an English speaking guide formerly from Brooklyn, Ny. The hotels we stayed, some were very good and some were just okay but overall we were all satisfied and happy. Forgot to mention that our driver Fred was great too.Read full review
My sister's experience with Tours4fun and their cost made me choose Tours4Fun. Their website was very easy to navigate. My Euro trip was full and very fast-paced. There were times when I want to take more time but at the same time, there's ..a lot of places that I have to see; on the other hand, I loved our excellent tour guide and bus driver. Their job's hard to keep us on schedule. They empathize with us that we want to stay. However, they have to keep the tour going and keep us on schedule. They were very accommodating and wonderful. The only thing that I would recommend is a higher standard hotel. But overall, it was an excellent experience.Read full review
It was fairly simple navigating the site of Tours4Fun to see what tours are offered and at what times. However, it took us a little while to realize that they are resellers rather than actual tour organizers. We expected them to have answer..s on that particular tour on that particular date or time period. For instance, we didn't know which hotel they would be putting us up at because we were going to stay there for a few days longer than the tour. We would have liked to stay at the same hotel that we were booked at but they couldn't tell us which hotel that was and we couldn't wait endlessly until they could. Eventually, we had our own bookings. On the other hand, the tour was wonderful and I actually quite liked it. It's a very fast-paced tour so there were some places where you might want to stay longer than others but that's a matter of individual taste. Overall, the tour was very well organized and everything was done very well. The only feedback I would give to Tours4Fun was that the website was not up to date. The other thing is Tours4Fun explicitly said that the gratuities are all included. It turned out we had to pay five euros per day per individual for the gratuities. Over an 11-day period and three passengers, that is a sizeable amount of money though I am not opposed to it.Read full review
Tours4Fun does what they said they're going to do on the specials. I had fun and it's a good experience. However, I didn't like the hotel. Some hotels were good but for both times, it was not.
First time to Europe and we had enjoyed our tour. The pick up arrangement on the first and last day of our tour was excellent. Our tour guide Mr. Choung Ho has done a great job by constantly reminding us the dangers of gypies and pick pocke..ts in varies cities. He has a good sense of humour which kept us entertain during the long bus trip. He was also able to control the tour group to keep everyone punctual and keep the bus clean and free of odour. The bus driver Fred has also done a good job by driving safely and keeping the bus clean. The only disappointment was the quality of the hotel on the first and last day of our tour. Thanks again Mr Choung Ho and Fred. Andrew and SueRead full review

This is a compact route to visit 5 countries in Europe-- Italy, France, Vatican City, Monaco, and Switzerland. Things are well taken care of. Our tour guide, Lex make it memorable.
I would certainly recommend it, especially for first-time travelers to Europe. We saw so much during this time, all the highlights. Well done! Certainly a good value for the cost. Thanks, All.
