You asbin the tour company need to be very clear about extra charges. Proving them via email the night before leaving is inconsiderate. We do not have an option to call about surprise charges or being told to bring an extra 265.00 per p..erson. Be very clear.Read full review

It was a decent tour. Very short time though for all attractions. Nonetheless you will get the glimpse of all locations . Neville is s great guide. Important to note that this is operated by Chinese tour so you will find mostly chinese on t..he trip . Food included / restaurants visited are chinese too so you may choose your own restaurant during that time at a nearby location .
All in all it was a nice trip. We have enjoyed though tiring a bit due to packed itinerary which is understandable.Read full review
No wifi on bus. Bus had to be replaced due to some prob. Food was terrible for its price.
Hotels are great. Beautiful locations. Tour guide was great. Bus was clean and comfy.
Very good tour if you have only 3 days to visit Montréal and Quebec region. The tour is organized by a Chinese tour guide which was very knowledgeable and able to switch from Chinese to English perfectly. There’s no meals included but th..e guide has already organized something to eat all together. We decided not to join dinners in order to have more time to visit Montréal by night (which means to get a 40 min uber ride to head back to the hotel). For lunch we decided to join the group the first 2 days, but it would have been better to skip the 2nd lunch and have more time in Quebec City, while the 3rd day the guide stops in a place where there’s no other options, so better to eat with the group.
the only negative was the bus... it was small and not very comfortable. they said it was due to the small number of people (20-24) and that with bigger groups they provide better solutions.

The restaurant we were taken to had only Chinese food. It was a waste of money going to the buffet, didn’t eat anything even the fries were uncooked, the drink glass weren’t even clean. Paid 30$ for this buffet. Please change the restau..rants which would have food that everyone could eat.Read full review
The itinerary was good the reason why we booked it. The bus doesn't have wifi as what they are promoting. The bus has toilet but we're not allowed to use... we have to wait for 3 hours for the next washroom. The tour guide spoke 70% Chinese.. despite of the fact that majority of the group are non-Chinese (Indian, Korean, Japanese, Filipinos, Singaporean, etc). Meals not included on the package and they were promoting it on the bus as an optional service. But note that they usually choose a place in the middle of nowhere where we have no other option except to join them or go a couple of blocks away to get MacDonalds'. So be ready with your packed meals. We were REQUIRED to join at least 4 tours. Some has guide but at the Historical Museum, the guide just gave an introduction of the place and we were left on our own to explore the 4 storey museum in 45 minutes. The hotel on the first night was very old and creepy. We need to go around the corridors and back to the lobby before we can find our room. It looks like a maze. Not a walking distance to downtown Montreal. The Quebec tour was nice. they gave us enough time to enjoy old Quebec. If you are not joining dinner in Quebec, I would suggest that you ask the guide where they are going to have dinner so you can search the area in advance and find a more reasonable place to dine... The 1000 Island tour was a bit of a boring. There's no actual guide but just a recording that gave an explanation of the area. Also, it was showering that day and chilly. I have to give credit to the driver for the safe driving.Read full review
The tour was good over all. There was one important thing missing. For people who did not opt for package meals, guide should have provided some suggestions for near by places.
My experience started off not good. I had sent previously all my flight information for the pick up and it was confirmed by tours4 fun. Close to the trip I emailed again for a second confirmation of the pick up and it was confirmed. As I ar..rived at the airport there was nobody waiting for me there. I emailed tours4fun telling them what happened and they emailed me back with a number to call. As I call, they said they didnt have my information and that the driver was going there within 40 minutes. The driver Kenny was very nice though. He took me to the hotel and took care of the check in process to later tell me that I had to pay CAD 7 per person for the pick up which I had believed that it was a free service. The site wasnt very clear that I had to pay for it since it was clearly stated that it was a free service. Well this was my start.
From the second to forth days, the tour was good. Very intense, not much time to see the attractions but we were able to see a lot.
Carrie was THE BEST guide ever. Very caring and nice. She showed a lot of knowledge with the attractions and was very aware of the passengers and organized. The driver John was very nice.
I dont eat Chinese Food and the only option of all meals was Chinese Buffet with no option around the restaurant. So I was stuck with it. With and expection of the last nite that we had a French Dinner with was amazing.
On my 5th day, my tour was locally in Toronto with Joyce. Joyce was super nice, sweet and knowledgable. The guide makes all the difference, she was very friendly trying to accomodate me with my food. We had another Chinese Buffet for lunch, I couldnt take it anymore and again with no other option around. I had purchased a salad the day before and that was what saved me. The driver for this day needed more people skills.
Overall I liked it but no Chinese Buffet for me ever again.Read full review
