We had a great time on our tour with Jacob he was great! The gourmet lunch was a little disappointing. The salmon was not fresh the cheese plate was too small and there was no desert! Jacob however was the highlight he kept us all happy and.. went the extra yard to make sure of it. As tourists from Australia it would be good to go to a winery that will send wine home for us. 100% Highly recommend Muir Woods and Wine Country Tour

"The tour consisted of a stop at Muir Woods, 3 wineries, time in Sonoma for lunch (you can select your own restaurant) and a stop at the Golden Gate bridge for photos. This was an excellent tour and my first time to Napa and Sonoma. I hig..hly recommend this tour. Mark, our tour guide, was fabulous and had great recommendations for the lunch options (the tour was on 1/7/18). Just enough time at each stop and nice selection of wineries. Very good value for the cost of the tour."Read full review
"The tour itself was terrific. Great tour guides, great route, great experience. I didn't give five starts for two reasons: 1. We toured with a five year old and were told we needed to bring a car seat, but both buses we were on lacked the.. proper hooks/latches to attach the car seat to the bus seat. I'm guessing this is a state law, but still it was frustrating to drag a car seat (I wouldn't have if I hadn't been told to) and not be able to use it properly. 2. We booked a Sausalito tour and a day in the bay tour. From the website I did not realize they were not one continuous tour. This caused a logistical issue when the first bus driver assured us we could be dropped off at the Hilton where we were picked up for the Sausalito tour and the second bus driver indicated we could be dropped off in China town as another guest was being let off there or at the hotel Zephyr, but not at the Hilton because holiday traffic was too busy to go near union square. Walking/Ubering a half mile from China town to the Hilton with the aforementioned car seat (those things are bulky!) and a senior citizen that walks with a cane was not fun. The other frustrating part is we weren't staying at either hotel. I live in the east bay and took the tour with visiting family so we could have easily parked at any hotel. Your company told me which hotel to meet at. It would have been REALLY nice if the full day's logistics had been taken into consideration and we were able to be dropped off where we were picked up or told to meet at the Zephyr instead of the Hilton. So the tour was terrific, but we were all grumpy by the time we got home due to the logistical issues. :/"Read full review
"We took the Redwoods and Wine Country Escape while in San Francisco. Our tour guide Phil, was informative, friendly and fun. The pace of the tour was good and we did so much in one day. The Muir Woods National Monument is a must-see attrac..tion and the three wineries that were chosen were excellent, each very different and receptive to our group. We would definitely recommend this tour if you are visiting the area."Read full review
Jacob is an amazing guide. After doing two tours with you I know a guide can make or break a trip. He was exceptional and everyone on board had a great day.
"Absolutely amazing! We even accidentally booked the wrong day and didn't realize until the bus didn't show up to pick us up, and they sent another driver to collect us and added us to the tour at the last minute. Thank you!!"
"Denise was a great tour guide! Overall, the tour was a great experience. Got to do a lot in one day. Would not recommend the lunch option. The food was marginal."
