We enjoyed our tour very much, not only my family but also everybody who joined the tour. Everybody joined all the attractions except the Imax movie. But the rest we joined. Our guides namely Steven and Jackie together with our driver, they.. were very nice, organized. we were on time allways, we were on schedule. They r also very helpful. I suggest you join all the attractions, except the corning glass museum, imax movie and the CN tower. The hotels where we stayed are also nice, big and nice hotel. We stayed at Universal Inn at Niagara falls, and Quality hotel in Toronto. they were both nice. We are satisfied. An excellent tour!Read full review
This is an awesome tour. Everything was perfect. The hotels, bus and attractions.
You just need to plan on some extra money for the attractions.
I really enjoyed it

The itinerary is great, except the CN tower. You can skip this and the IMAX Theatre experience. The tour guide walks too fast not giving consideration to older people who are having a hard time catching up with her. We wasted a lot of time ..at the border patrol offices because of some people who do not have proper documentation. The tour company should check the documents before leaving for the tour. Altogether, no regrets at having joined this tour. My family had a great time except for these minor hiccups.Read full review
We have booked this tour as part of our 10 day trip to NYC and were satisfied with it.
On the first day of the tour it was a bit difficult finding the correct bus in Chinatown as there are countless tours with this and other companies.
..Behind a desk two Chinese people were advising the bus numbers for the respective tours but we were sent tot he wrong busses twice. When we finally got to our bus our tour guide Wendy greeted us with a loud "NO!" as the bus was almost full - except for the two of us. Everything was sorted quickly though and we got on the bus to commence our travels with 43 Chinese people and 9 none-Chinese people. We saw another bus with Indian people so I think they're trying to group you by ethnicity - maybe so you don't feel like a stranger?
The Chinese unfortunately kept to themselves so we only really had contact with the other 7 passengers. We ended up becoming very good friends with one of the couples and has made the trip be forever more memorable in my mind.
There is a lot of driving and you only have little time to enjoy at the attractions. I was trying to meet up with a friend from Toronto and ended up seeing her for about 10 minutes. But all in all the tour is great. If you do all the attractions it's quite pricey but we simply informed ourselves before the trip and did
- The Thousand Island Tour
- CN tower
- Skylon tower w/o lunch (I wouldn't recommend this attraction)
- Maid of the Mist
- Cave of the winds (definitely do this if you can! You're walking where the American Bridal Veil Falls come down into Niagara River. On the Hurricane Deck you're being showered by the Falls as the powerful Bridal Veil speeds down into the river )
only. That way we had a little bit more time while people were doing e.g. The Corning Glass Museum, the Niagara Imax etc.
The admissions purchased from Wendy weren't noticeably more expensive than the ones on-site. You were always in the Fast-Track and somebody else (your tour guide) is doing all the organising/queuing for you so I didn't mind those 2-5$ more.
This tour incluides a lot of driving, getting up early and very tight time lines - but you get a lot in return. Canada is simply beautiful and the Niagara Falls are worth visiting once in your life.
The hotels we stayed at were the Holiday Inn and Travelodge, the standards were very good but the hotels were far away from the city so you weren't able to go explore on your own at night. This is probably better as this tour is not for part animals due to getting up early and lots of travelling.
I don't know about the lunch/dinner organized by our tour guide as we never went on those. Due to the nature of the group they often went to Chinese buffets - but we wanted to explore the local cuisine and went wandering off on our own. I can recommend traditional Chinese buns in Toronto.
Our tour guide Wendy was charming, entertaining and absolutely wonderful! Everybody loved her - aside from two Russian passengers that were being incredibly rude and refused to pay the service fee. Aside from that the trip was really wonderful and Wendy (although I'm sure that wasn't her real name, just simplified from Chinese for stupid tourists) and our driver Jorge were just perfect! Jorge ("George" for stupid tourists) drove us safely over 1000 miles to all our locations and listened to a lot of Chinese chatting with an angel-like patience.
I'll definitiely check out tours4fun again when i go back to the States.Read full review
I really loved the itinerary! We visited all major attractions and had plenty of time to enjoy to ourselves. The hotels were great, yet they were far from the city most of the time. The tour guides could improve, but overall it was an amazi..ng experience. Met wonderful people on the tour. Had a great time and would definitely take another tour!Read full review
reservation - you must also take credit card for booking of the tour .transport - bus was comfortable but drivers dont allowed us to use bus toilet at all which should be allowed atleast in cases of emergency.tour guide - since the services.. are being provided by other firm goeurogo .com , as per that during first six days the your guide was excellent named florian but during next half the tour guide was not so good Ho choung. he was rude and also what he speaks was not so clear. accommodation - was the major issues in the tour during first half that is for six days it was good but accommodation starting from Milan onwards till complete italy was very bad , the breakfast was mentioned will be buffet but was not so in all hotels and hotels were far away from the cities . and also the hotels which you mention in your advertisement were never given , some time the tour guide is also not aware about the hotel location and it use to be a big surprise. for example the hotel n venice was completely away from city not even in the limits of municipal cooperation of that city. Therefore if you say venice you must define the limit of that city and hotels should be at least with in 5 km from the main city.tour itinerary - on the day for Switzerland , tour guide should not take people to liechtenstein , you waste a lot of time in that country and finally you hurry so much at mount titlis and waste about 85 euros for nothing , that was the biggest lost we had while reaching at mount titlis we just had one and a half hour with so much of rush at the top , so whenever your tour guide ask you to go this country just say no to it , its waste of money and time both. Plus at locations like prague some more time to be give fpr prague castle , similarly time should be given more at budapest , because it had so much to see , may be at some places you may give atleast two days halt and cover less distances and give more time to see a place , like you can cut time from nice and last day of tour and can increase one day in prague or budapest or may be in Switzerland .Read full review
60% Tour guide in the Blue Line (Lex) was horrible
By: Anonymous | Thu Jan 12, 2006 at 12.00 AM
Our tour guide in the Blue Line tour (Lex) was so horrible. He slurs whenever he talks about something and sometimes, he talks about something that is totally unrelated to the tour. He talks about what he likes about the area and all, which.. is not something we tourists want to hear. He was also not good in providing directions and help for us to be able to maximize our stay in a specific city. Most of the time, he just leaves us right in front of a square with nothing to do. He talks about the places for us to see WHILE we were on the bus, so it was very hard for us to get a picture of how far away the nearest tourist spot is. We basically have to figure it out for ourselves. There was also one time when he looked like he was having a very bad hangover and he was not able to get us more details of what we can do in Salzburg. This tour guide is very very impolite as well; he won't answer questions from the tourists and when he does, he was very sarcastic! I hated this tour guide.Read full review

The price of the tour was extremely reasonable. That being said, the only major concern I had with the tour was that although the hotels were nicer than expected, they were almost always about 30 minutes away from the city in a deserted are..a. This was difficult because the bus usually drops you off around 7pm and therefore I struggled with finding a place to have dinner and to be able to enjoy the night life. The tour managers are truly just managers. Don't expect them to give details about the cities and monuments you are going to see; they simply walk you to the locations. I think that if they want to improve their service these managers can become more well versed in the history of some of the things so they can explain things. I also feel that one of the tour leaders would focus on giving his opinion about the Catholic Church and so on, that it was totally unnecessary. They don't speak really good English but you can understand for the most part. Other than that, I would say that it was totally worth it for the price I paid. Everything was beautiful. I felt that we had enough free time in each of the cities and were able to see everything that was described in the itinerary. The coach bus was comfortable and we had adequate air conditioner and movies were played during long rides and stops are made every two hours for bathroom breaks. Make sure to take into consideration the tip for the tour manager and city taxes plus other excursions you may want to take, we took most optional activities except the lunches and they were worth it. I would definitely take another tour due to the reasonable price.Read full review
This is a great tour to visit so many countries in a short time. European countries are next to each other so we don't have to seat in the bus for a long time to get to next country. Tour guys are great and very helpful.
