Good tour overall except the driver should not be chatting on the phone while driving for extended period which caused wrong turn.
I would be a return customer and refer my family and friends for the tour with a different driver.
LOVE the ..tour manager, Tim and the guide in Vatican and Rome, Alfredo. Thumbs up!!!!Read full review

The tour was well planned. It was fun indeed. However, i was a little disappointed that we didn't tour Paris with the legendary Eiffel Tower. I think it should be included dince the Tour advert stated France as part of the tour and who tour..s France without visiting Eiffel Tower?Read full review

Daniel was a funny, energetic, professional tour manager. He could speak very good English and knew how to arrange breaks on the clock that were easy for people to remember and return to the bus on time. He also knew this tour route very we..ll. Sometimes he provided directions for Fred, the driver, who was a good, safe driver himself. We liked the motor coach that was newer than most tours we've been on. The 2-door access was a smart way to un/load passengers. Most hotel accommodation was good except for one or two hotels in Italy, but not too bad considering the budget tour price. We enjoyed the tour itinerary as listed. Although we didn't go to Avignon on the last day, everyone was tired and it's not a big deal. We just didn’t like the black sauce spaghetti meal in Venice. It was very bad and simply a rip-off for €20/pp. Overall, we enjoyed the tour and continue booking tours with tours4fun due to their good customer service and competitive prices. They also relayed our requests to the local tour operators for accommodation where it deemed necessary. Thank you.Read full review
First day in Milan, you will leave from there. The tour guide or bus will not take you to the museum or the Cathedral from what they stated on the itinerary. They will just meet you at the Cathedral and leave right away to go to the hotel i..n Venice. Other than that, the tour guide was friendly and pleasant. We had enough time to take pics but you will do a lot of walking which I didn’t mind. It was just the weather during summer is very hot and humid. The first meal is the black squid spaghetti which has no taste and lack of squid. I could have opt out on it but didn’t know. The first hotel in Venice is really small and old. The rest of the hotel rooms are decent. The bus driver drives well that I could sleep through the ride when we’re not touring. Rating this tour mediocre but I am happy that we were able to go to a lot of places.
Regarding accomodation, my friend and her daughter weren’t on the tour guide’s list so they had to add another hotel reservations for them at the last min
Also, I don’t really care for the factory tours like the glass blowing, leather bag factory and perfume fragonard factory. Would have enjoyed more of more sites to visit.Read full review
IMPORTANT: Keep in mind this is a budget tour !!!
Basically you get transport and lodging.
Not sure why passport info was required when never verified during the tour.
Buy your own tickets and wait in line for attractions with exceptio..ns of a few, Colosseum, Venice, Vatican.
Issues with hotels: no hot water at 1 hotel, lack of options for dinner, bad food, service, pricing, bad Wi-Fi.
One family was left behind because did not arrive at meeting point on time; good and bad.Read full review
As the overview states, this is a fast-paced tour, covering a vast amount of territory over 3 countries. Expect lots of walking (4-6 miles a day) and sitting on the bus getting to your destination. Once at your destination, you will have an.. excellent time as everything is organized from the hotels, to breakfast, and sightseeing. We wished we could of had a little more free time in each destination, but the schedule just does not allow it with all the cities to see. Things to bring that will help you enjoy your stay better include a neck pillow and small blanket for the bus, poncho and umbrella for rainy days, and a Universal Power Adapter. If you forget this adapter, you will not be able to charge your phone, camera, ipad, etc. AND, be prepared to charge these at your hotel as the bus does not offer charging stations.Read full review
