Beitou and Yangmingshan are scenic areas that are well worth a day trip from Taipei. Our guide Tony was very nice, informative and patient, he took the time to explain the history of Yangmingshan and Beitou.

My friend and I joined in this tour, we enjoyed the scenery in Yangmingshan and Beitou, they are quite wonderful. At Yangmingshan is some light hiking. Our tour guide is very friendly, patient and easygoing.

A trek through this mountainous area is a great way to escape Taipei's incessant traffic. So we are here with the polite guide. He asked us for input and kept the whole tour on an easy pace. He helped to take photos for us.
