From Airport (INC or GMP) to Seoul Hotel
* At the airport, the driver will wait at the meeting gate holding a sign with your name on it.
* The meeting gate is assigned according to your flight number.
* The driver will be waiting at the airport for free for 1 hour and 30 minutes from the time your flight arrives. (Which is enough time to complete immigration and customs clearance.)
* After meeting your driver at the meet up point, driver will escort you to your vehicle.
* The allowed number of luggage is one 24-inch suitcase per person. (As shown in the picture, we are carrying more luggage than that. However, it is not our responsibility if you cannot load baggage that exceeds the restrictions.)
* The distance from Incheon Airport to Seoul is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes.
* The transfer service ends when you arrive right in front of your hotel or Airbnb.
From Seoul Hotel to Airport (ICN or GMP)
* Your driver arrives at the pickup location approximately 10 minutes earlier than the scheduled time.
* Free waiting time is 30 minutes.
* Pick-up location is the hotel lobby or parking lot. (For Airbnb, main entrance.)
* We will provide you with the driver and vehicle number the day before pickup.
* If you cannot find driver, please check the parking lot or contact us.
* It usually takes 1 hour to travel from Seoul to the airport. (In case of heavy traffic, it may take about 1hour and 30 minutes. If you are having difficulty setting a meeting time, please contact us.)
* Cleanly maintained vehicles and friendly drivers ensure that your trip will be enjoyable and comfortable.

Tips:
The daily working hours of each driver cannot exceed 10 hours. Please pay the corresponding overtime fee of $50 or local Korean Currency ₩65000/driver per hour on a voluntary basis if the circumstances necessary, and the maximum amount cannot exceed 3 hours.

Special Notes

    • Cancellation and Change Policy:
    • Within 3 days of the tour date, local Korea time, you will still be charged the full tour fee if you wish to cancel or change your tour.
    • Up to 4 days before the tour date, local Korea time, cancellations or changes can be made for 10% penalty.
    • Due to reasons of airline cancellation, please provide evidence of airline cancellation, the reschedule or refunds is acceptable.
    • Essential Information About Booking:
    • Please provide the following information at least 12 hours in advance, so that we may send you the final confirmation.

      Flight number
      Contact information (Telephone number and Email)
      Hotel name and address
    • Additional charge (paid in cash to the driver) will be required if your hotel is located beyond Seoul.
    • Additional charge (paid in cash to the driver) will be required if the whole itinerary is exceeded 3 hours.
    • Notes for Participation:
    • This tour requires you to bring a photo ID, such as a foreign passport with a Korean visa.
    • If there are discrepancies between flight information and actual time. The actual time will be based on.
    • Minors under the age of 19 are required to be always accompanied by at least one adult or to submit a disclaimer signed by their guardian.
    • If due to unpreventable circumstances (including but not limited to: natural disasters, political and social situations, accidents and malfunctions, road closures, etc.), adjustments must be made to the tour in order to protect the safety and welfare of all guests in the tour group, our company reserves the right to take measures including changing the time or content of the tour or even canceling some or all tour activities. The related tour fees cannot be refunded, and any additional costs incurred (i.e., extended hotel stay, transportation, meals, plane ticket changes) must be borne by the guests.
    • Natural disasters: flood, earthquake, hail, snowstorm, tsunami, etc.
    • Political and social situations: war, shutdown, protest, regime change, policy change, terrorist attack, etc.
    • Accidents and malfunctions: tour bus or other transportation equipment malfunction, sudden damage to recreational equipment, traffic accident or other blockage of roads, etc.
    • Road closures: roads impassable due to weather conditions, traffic accidents, etc.

Reservation Info

    1.Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a Receipt of Reservation via email.
    2. Within one to two business days of submitting your reservation you will receive a status update email from us. If you need to book an airline ticket, we recommend that you do so after you receive a confirmation of your tour reservation from us.
    3. An E-Ticket will be sent to you via email as soon as details of your reservation are confirmed or your supporting information is received by us. We will provide you with all detailed information about your tour on the E-Ticket. Contact information for local tour provider will be included on E-Ticket for your convenience or re-confirmation purpose if re-confirmation is required.
    4. Simply print your E-Ticket and present it with your valid photo ID on the day of your activity to your tour guide. Please remember E-Ticket is your proof of purchase.
