Today we will go to Lake Minnewanka to enjoy the unique magical landscape in winter. You can also see Shuangjieke Lake along the way, and you can take pictures of the beautiful scenery along the way. Travel all the way to Johnston Canyon, carefully arrange Ice Walk (rivet crampons can be borrowed for free), hike in the ice and snow canyon, and admire the perfect line drawn by the high waterfall. Walking in the valley of the Bow River is like entering a Nordic forest. The snow is full of branches and the beauty is unbelievable. After lunch, we will experience the open-air hot springs in Banff, and enjoy the fun of hot springs in the mountains.

It is often said that there are only two seasons in Canada "winter" and "almost winter." There are many winter sports including curling, hockey and skiing which have easily become Canadians' favorites. Today, we will go to the Lake Louise Ski Resort, which is one of the three world-class ski resorts in Banff National Park. It is the perfect place to experience the amazing ski resort! In the afternoon, we will continue to look for another hidden gem in the Rocky Mountains. From January to April each year, the grand Ice Magic Art Festival is held here. Artists and ice sculpture lovers from all over the world gather here to build a beautiful fairytale-like world. The Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise, which is located by the lake, is like a picture in which snow mountains and ice lakes complement each other. Carefully arrange Snow Showing (free to borrow snowshoes, this activity depends on the weather and the ice on the lake), step in the soft snow, and feel the magic of ice and snow. Afterwards, we will stop at Banff Town and drive back to Calgary or depart from Calgary.

• If the guest quits during the trip or fails to participate in any itinerary due to personal reasons (no travel documents, late arrival, illness, accident, etc.), the paid tour fare will not be refunded, and no other services will be compensated.Special Notes
- A minimum of 2 passengers is required for this tour to operate.
- Customer under 18 years old MUST be accompanied by at least one adult.
- Please be sure to provide accurate and complete information upon booking. This includes name, gender, valid contact information (preferably a mobile phone), accurate tour location, etc., This helps to avoid any errors upon the reservation because errors affect travel. Any losses due to inaccurate or invalid information will be at your own cost and the company will not be held responsible.
- Hotels have different room types, such as a King/Queen size beds or two double size twin beds. The maximum number of people who can legally stay in a room is 2 to 4 people. In addition, each hotel has a different method of charging the deposit, which requires the cooperation of the guests according to regulations. We guarantee the number of rooms for guests but does not guarantee the specific room type and location. Hotel check-in time is usually after 15:00.
- This tour does not accept any City Pass or your own tickets for any of the attractions. Tour attraction admission charges and meal expenses are subject to change at any time without notification. Any purchased ticket cannot be refunded for lower prices.
- We have the right to make appropriate adjustments to the itinerary under the conditions of facilitating the operation for the tour group. This, however, will not reduce the items that should be included in the itinerary.
- During the actual trip, the tour guide or driver has the right to appropriately adjust the tour sequence, stay time or assembly time of scenic spots according to the weather, traffic, and other conditions to ensure the smooth progress of the trip.
- If the scenic spots are temporarily closed or closed on a particular holiday, etc., the tour guide will adjust the appearance according to the actual situation or replace the location with another scenic spot to ensure the richness of the itinerary. The opening hours and capacity limits of certain attractions and national parks will be subject to change from time to time due to the COVID-19 pandemic. - Children under the age of 8 require a booster seat in order to participate in the tour group. The local operator provides the rental service for $10.00/person/day. Please make a request when booking the itinerary so that we may have the booster seat ready in advance. Please understand that the violations and fines are borne by the guests themselves. There is no need for a booster seat for bus travel on the day of travel, and the fee can be refunded to the guest.
- Normal health conditions are required to participate and enjoy our full itineraries. Contact us for specific policies or information regarding passengers with disabilities who do need to provide advance notification to make a reservation. The local operator does not guarantee a wheelchair lift-equipped bus and/or seating availability to disabled passengers without prior notification and approval.
- In order to make your trip more complete, pleasant, and smooth, we strongly recommend that you choose to book event tickets, catering packages, etc. when making your order. Please be aware that we do not provide any additional booking services within 7 days before the departure date or during the tour.
- The price in the system is US dollars which includes tax. If you need to pay in CAD dollars, all CAD dollar prices do not include 5% GST.
- We may alter these terms and conditions from time to time and post the new version on our website. It is your responsibility to check the Terms and Conditions on our website regularly and prior to making a reservation. Unless specifically stated otherwise herein or required by law, we shall not be liable for any consequential, compensatory, indirect, incidental or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the performance of its obligations under these terms and conditions.
- The maximal waiting time for any late passengers is 10 minutes beyond the meeting time announced by the Tour Guide. While the local operator makes every effort to provide on-time service, it does not guarantee to arrive at or depart from any point.as a specific time, which may be affected by any number of factors including weather, traffic, strikes, government shutdowns, war or terrorist attacks, or mechanical prob- lems. We are not liable for any inconvenience or expense caused as a result of such a delay, not liable for the expense of connecting air or train or bus service missed as a result of a delay and not liable for any other travel expense caused as a result of a dela.
- We reserve the right, when operating conditions require, transferring passengers from one vehicle to another en route.
- The following documents are recommended to make your check-in process smooth: A valid photo ID is required to board the bus; We recommend you bring a copy of the email confirmation to board the bus.
- This product is a group activity. If you choose to leave the group, please inform in advance, and obtain the consent of the tour guide. You need to sign the departure agreement form and the unfinished part will be regarded as your own abandonment. The group fee will not be refunded.

- Depending on your arrival time, your hotel room may not be available until the afternoon. Most hotels allow check-in between 1:00pm-3:00pm, however some charge a fee for early check-in. Please check at the hotel desk to see if you may store your luggage at the hotel if you wish to explore the city on your own before check-in.

1. Guests are not allowed to use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS and admission ticket purchased by themselves to join the sightseeing attractions included in this tour.
2. Guests who do use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS or admission ticket purchased by themselves, will not be offered the transportation service for that day, and will possible need to pay a penalty fee. Please consult your tour guide for details. - Language: This tour is escorted by a professional bilingual tour guide and/or driver guide (English/Chinese). Tours and/or languages may be combined to operate this tour depending on the number of passengers who have booked a particular departure.
- Bus Arrangement: Passengers on the same reservation will be arranged on the same bus unless stated otherwise. If you wish to be on the same bus as another party /an existing reservation, please note your request with the reservation number in the comment section on the checkout page or notify us at least 24 hours prior to tour departure.
