    • COVID-19 Measures:
      * We require that ALL travelers who have been sick or who feel sick within the 14 days prior to departure remain at home. In these circumstances, rebooking is free of charge to any same tour in 2022 or 2023 (please note that we reserves the right to require a written physician's attestation in these cases). Feeling sick includes having any of the symptoms that have been attributed to COVID-19 as described by the WHO.
      * Prior to boarding, each booking group will be required to complete a pre-travel health questionnaire attesting to their health and symptom free status for the past 14 days.
      * All motorcoaches are thoroughly cleaned, disinfected and prepared for each journey in accordance with CDC/WHO standards. It is important to note that additional cleaning occurs daily while motorcoaches are on the road to target more frequently touched surfaces like arm rests, tray tables, parcel rack handrails, headrests, seat belts, railings, grab surfaces, all surfaces in the restroom including door handles. Additionally, The local operator only contracts coaches that are less than five years of age, which means that newest air conditions and filtration systems are being used.
      * Tour Directors will guide passengers to maintain social distancing as best possible while entering and exiting the coach, which will result in a prolonged boarding process. This includes boarding from the back and disembarking from the front of the coach.
      * Passengers should bring their own face coverings and be prepared to wear them in accordance with local rules and regulations. If suggested by the CDC at the time of travel, we will require that passengers wear face coverings when inside the motorcoach and when together as a group. We will follow CDC suggested best practices regarding face coverings.
      * Your Tour Director and motorcoach driver will be wearing face coverings in accordance with local rules and regulations and as suggested by the CDC.
      * Hand sanitizer dispensers will be available on every motorcoach.
      * Disinfectant wipes will be provided for any individual who wishes to further clean their seating area.
    • We are continuing to closely monitor both the Oak Fire & Washburn Fire, which are currently burning near Yosemite National Park. The Washburn fire is 94% contained and the Oak Fire is currently 39% contained. The Mariposa Grove of Giant Sequoias is closed due the Washburn fire. Yosemite National Park remains open and accessible to visitors. Currently, the main concern for visitors of Yosemite will be smokey or hazy conditions in the park due to the fires. Air quality may be impacted by wildfire smoke. Smoke may pose risk for older adults, children, and persons with pre-existing medical conditions. These individuals should limit time outdoors, avoid exertion, seek medical attention if experiencing symptoms.
  • The time we mentioned in the itinerary is for reference only. Please refer to your guide on tour for the actual arrangement. The visiting order and duration might be changed according to actual and practical situation for better service.

* Price for Single Occupancy applies when one person stays in one standard hotel room.
* Price for Double/Triple/Quadruple Occupancy applies when two/three/four people stay in one standard hotel room respectively.
* Triple/Quadruple price does not guarantee a third/fourth bed in the room but it can be requested at the time of check-in.
* Price for child applies when a 11 years old and under, child stay in one standard room as a third or fourth person.
* Children under 7 years old are not allowed on our motorcoach tour.

Reservation Info

    1.Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a Receipt of Reservation via email.
    2. Within one to two business days of submitting your reservation you will receive a status update email from us. If you need to book an airline ticket, we recommend that you do so after you receive a confirmation of your tour reservation from us.
    3. An E-Ticket will be sent to you via email as soon as details of your reservation are confirmed or your supporting information is received by us. We will provide you with all detailed information about your tour on the E-Ticket. Contact information for local tour provider will be included on E-Ticket for your convenience or re-confirmation purpose if re-confirmation is required.
    4. Simply print your E-Ticket and present it with your valid photo ID on the day of your activity to your tour guide. Please remember E-Ticket is your proof of purchase.
